FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
These answers are written for overseas buyers who need a fast understanding of quote requirements, supply scope, and East China delivery logic.
- Quote first
- Region-specific
- No exaggerated claims
The FAQ stays practical on purpose: what to send, what can be customized, where the company delivers, and how rush orders are discussed.
What information do you need before giving a quote?
For a useful quote, please send:
- product type
- specification
- quantity
- delivery location
- expected arrival time
If the order is custom or non-standard, include a drawing or size list as well.
Do you supply stock sizes and custom sizes?
Yes.
Stock orders can usually be arranged more quickly after the specification is confirmed.
Custom cutting or non-standard processing is also discussed, but it normally needs extra schedule confirmation before delivery is arranged.
Do you sell finished pallets or wood pallet materials?
The public source site clearly presents wood pallet materials as one of the business directions.
If you need finished pallets rather than timber components, say that clearly in your inquiry so the correct scope can be discussed.
Which regions do you serve regularly?
The public region page focuses on East China coverage, especially:
- Jiangsu
- Shanghai
- Zhejiang
- Anhui
Orders outside the primary operating range should be discussed in advance instead of assumed by default.
Can rush orders and invoice requirements be discussed?
Yes.
If the order is urgent, or if invoice handling matters to your purchasing process, mention that before scheduling. The team can then confirm whether stock, processing time, and delivery routing can support the request.
